Thesis Title: Technology and Autistic Spectrum Disorder: The use of iOS 'apps' in enhancing communication and social skills.

Summary of Research: This study aims to assess how technology, in the form of iOs apps can improve communication and social skills in children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. My research will use the principles of experimental design focusing on a series of single-system studies using multiple baseline across behaviours.

Personal Statement: I completed my undergraduate degree in English at University College Dublin and received my M.A. Creative Writing from Queen's University Belfast. I am currently a contributor to a kids' app review site which allows me to keep up to date with new app releases and assistive technology news.
