Dr Aisling Gough

Aisling is a Research Fellow in the Centre for Public Health with a background in Psychology and PhD in neonatal lung disease. Aisling’s post-doctoral research has included a knowledge transfer project, through the use of technology and social media in relation to Women with Diabetes. Aisling is currently working on a feasibility study to establish if social media is an effective method for the delivery of public health messages relating to skin cancer and care in the sun.  Aisling’s research aims to inform future public health campaigns.
