Researchers at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, University of Oxford, are seeking parents and guardians of children with cerebral palsy for an online survey of your experience of lockdown in the United Kingdom.
 
The purpose of this study is to examine how the lockdown in the UK has impacted children with cerebral palsy in terms of therapy, medical care, schooling and physical activity.
 
You may choose to take the survey as an online questionnaire or as an interview over video or phone call. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes, with an additional optional child survey taking approximately 5-10 minutes.
