Welcome to the C entre for N anostructured M edia at Queen's University Belfast. We are one of a number of research groups here at the University, and are at the forefront of Physics research not only at Queen's University but in the UK. Our speciality is in the name - we are experts in materials science at the nano scale. Besides this, we perform a wide range of research into many topics and areas, including thin films, crystals, plasmonics, ferroelectrics, microscopy and more.
