P7 pupils from St Malachy's Primary School in the Market have made an appeal to Belfast City Council planning committee to show the impact planning decisions are having on their community and to share what type of place they want to live in.  They talk of the challenges faced by them in 2020 eloquently in a video and accompanying letter. CESI is working with the Market Development Association and the community to better understand local needs, evaluate key sectors such as tourism, develop local assets including sites that have been left derelict for decades and measure the economic effects of alternative forms of urban regeneration.
