Academics from across Queen’s Management School are actively involved in research related to ethics, responsibility and sustainability. The Researcher Spotlight series allows us to showcase some of their work.

Dr Denise Currie is a Senior Lecturer in Management at Queen’s Management School, Programme Director for the MSc in Human Resource Management, and serves on the board of the Centre for Not-for-Profit and Public Sector Research.
Denise’s research interests lie broadly within the field of employee relations, in particular the dynamics and organisational processes that are central to creating positive work environments. This includes conflict management, partnering and collaboration, as well as diversity and inclusion.
