February 10, 2021

Time
16:30 - 18:00

OD as a profession has examined itself under the microscope for decades. With several seismic shifts and many more incremental upgrades, the work of Organisation Development practitioners has evolved in response to the changing context of our clients. This session will explore recent milestone moves in our work, focusing on OD in the NHS. As the UK's largest employer of OD practitioners, working in constantly changing organisations, Doing OD in Healthcare makes a significant and important contribution to patients, staff, the wider organisation, and society at large. The futures of OD are made in the present. This session will show you what that picture looks like in the middle of a global pandemic

Please join us on 10th February at 16.30 to 18.00 on Zoom
