I conduct qualitative research in the areas of innovation and international business. To be specific, I am interested in the topics of R&D management, new product development, open innovation, multinational enterprise, international strategy, and subsidiary management. I adopt organisational management perspectives (such as boundary spanning) to understand the complexity of these issues.
