Join this Q&A session to find out more about Queen’s in general, including the key strengths of the University, information on accommodation and other facilities, student support etc, You will also hear about life in Belfast and Northern Ireland.
Bee Ling will also provide you with information on how to apply and the various steps in the admissions process.

STUDENT EXPERIENCE

Malaysian students have been coming to study at Queen’s for over 20 years. We currently have more than 200 students from Malaysia studying at the University. The University has a Malaysian Student Society and each year there is a Malaysian night in Belfast city hall, which is attended by over 200 people.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
The School of Law supports a variety of extracurricular activity designed to provide students with opportunities to develop a range of useful skills. There are a number of activities that students can get involved in, including:

We also enjoy excellent external relationships with the legal profession, reflected in the Judge in Residence programme through which a High Court Judge makes regular contributions with students to the wider academic life of the School; and also in our partnership with Herbert Smith Freehills, who deliver a programme of real-world skills to all students.
Belfast is host to a number of international employers from law firms to financial service firms and technology companies. Herbert Smith Freehills, Allen and Overy, Citigroup, Allstate and Axiom are just some of the commercial partners involved in the life of the University.
