European and Transnational Studies Thematic Group
The European and Transnational Studies (ETS) thematic group brings together a diverse and inclusive team working in areas of European law, international economic law, business law, environmental law, competition law, financial regulation, intellectual property and health law.
It provides a platform for facilitating and promoting the research and policy-related activities of members as well as hosting external scholars and policymakers in related fields at Queen’s University Belfast. The thematic group also acts as a focal point for teaching and research on our specialized postgraduate taught degree programme, the LLM International Commercial and Business Law.
The world-leading research carried out by ETS members is reflected in scholarly publications, externally funded research projects, and a commitment to engaging with local, national, and international institutions. Our members also have a wealth of advisory and consultative experience and a demonstrated commitment to providing objective, technical and evidence driven advice.
