International Conference of the Royal Statistical Society in Belfast
Dr Lisa McFetridge was the Programme Chair of the International Conference of the Royal Statistical Society which came to Belfast from 2-5 September. 2019
The conference brought over 550 statisticians, data scientists and users of data to Belfast with ten keynote speakers and over 110 Invited and Contributed Sessions. As part of activities to mark the RSS Conference coming to Belfast, BBC Northern Ireland hosted an interactive conversation on "Statistics and Big Data".
