SCHOOL OF MECHANICAL AND AEROSPACE ENGINEERING - INDUSTRIAL ADVISORY FORUM (IAF)

The IAF was formed in 2015 and meets twice per academic year.  The forum is currently made up of approximately 30 members including staff and students from the School as well as representation from a variety of sectoral areas, locations and job roles from both industry and government. 

The IAF was set up to:

• Enhance engagement with stakeholders in the engineering economy
• Enhance the quality and relevance of the School’s graduates
• Facilitate discussion about the relevance of the curricula
• Promote stakeholder awareness of the activities and developments within the School
