My project uses a mixed methodology that aim to explore the experience of women who had a miscarriage in hospital settings in Northern Ireland.
I am a PhD student at Queen’s University Belfast at the faculty of Nursing and Midwifery. I am a registered nurse and I qualified in 2017 at QUB with an honour class degree in adult nursing. I previously obtained a BSc Psychology at the University of Florence (2009-2012) and a MSc in Health Communication at Ulster University (2012-2013).
I worked in London as a nurse, at King’s College Foundation Trust for 2 years before starting my PhD. Mainly I have experience in gastroenterology medicine and emergency medicine.

When I’m not PhDing…
I enjoy yoga classes, traveling and learning about other cultures.
