Summary of the research
- This project aims to facilitate assessors’ understanding of the factors that influence their judgements of student performance in both academic and practice settings. We co-design a ‘fit-for-purpose’ CPD roadmap with assessors across disciplines to identify the key areas and best practices that will facilitate them to make defensible judgements of student performance. The co-designed roadmap will be disseminated across disciplines at QUB and external organisations that offer professional placements for students.
- The DLP@QUB is an international collaboration with The University of Queensland (UQ) in Australia. It aims to establish a proof of principle in embedding standalone digital literacy skills modules within the study modules to develop student digital literacy skills. This project will support the development of discipline and/or profession specific digital literacy needs and requirements, and inform the broader debate on digital literacy in higher education.
