As the School Manager, I am a member of all key Boards and Committees including School Management Board. I am keen to support the core principles of SWAN for all staff in the School including promotion of gender equality, facilitating flexible working practices, ensuring a good work life balance and improving wellbeing. I am open to input from staff and students about how we can make changes within the School to provide an open, supportive environment and encourage career progression and success for everyone.
