Prof Mark Thornton Burnett receives a British Academy Newton International Fellowship award of £120k
Prof. Mark Thornton Burnett (English/AEL), with Dr Taarini Mookherjee (Columbia University), has been awarded a British Academy Newton International Fellowship. The value of the award is £119,250.
This brings Taarini to Queen’s for a two-year period, starting June 2023, to work with Mark on the project, ‘Shakespeare, India, Diaspora’.
