Dr Franziska Schroeder awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Research Innovation Prize 2020
Congratulations to Dr Franziska Schroeder who has been awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Research Innovation Prize 2020 for the work with her “Performance without Barriers” research group.

The group was established in 2015 by Dr Franziska Schroeder, with the aim of working together with disabled people to identify more accessible and open ways to designing music technologies. Through innovative design research, Performance without Barriers has opened up novel ways of thinking of how we make music, and how disabled people access new technologies to perform music.
