Dr Tom Walker

Dr Walker’s research is in applied ethics – both medical ethics and the ethics of new technologies. His current project is on the ethical obligations of healthcare professionals when treating patients with chronic illness. This is linked to two broader research interests: the ethical challenges of an ageing society, and improving public health.
