HAPP SWAN Postdoctoral Travel Award
Dr Amalia Campos Delgado, winner of the HAPP SWAN postdoctoral travel award 2019
The HAPP SWAN Postdoctoral Travel Award supports former HAPP students up to six months after they submit their theses. Dr Delgado used the prize to participate in the Annual Convention of the International Studies Association in March 2019. Dr Delgado has since taken up a position as postdoctoral fellow at the Centre international de criminologie comparée (CICC) at the Université de Montréal.

The SWAN Charter applies to all staff and students in the School. The Charter has ten principles that are adopted by the School relating to the promotion of gender equality.

Dr Laura Pfuntner awarded SWAN funding

In 2019 the School launched its' SWAN Grant Support Semester, to support HAPP teaching and research staff apply for research grants.  Dr Laura Pfuntner received SWAN-funded support.
