If you are interested in pursuing a career in academic medicine, want to carry out some research or are just curious as to hear what it is all about then you are welcome to come along. We have an exciting array of medical and dental speakers lined up from a range of specialities as well as the opportunity to present and discuss your own work. You can view the draft programme here.

Registration for this event can be made via this link by Thursday 4 May 2023, 4pm.  Students registering to attend student engagement events for Clinical Academic Medicine Funded by the Academy of Medical Sciences INSPIRE Round 6 should also refer to this privacy notice. 

Attendees should also refer to the privacy notices for students participating in INSPIRE funded activities. 

Abstracts should be submitted by 5pm on Monday 24th April 2023 via this link . Abstracts selected for oral presentation will be announced on Friday 28th April 2023 with prizes on offer for the best oral and abstract presentations.

Oral Presentation Prizes (Amazon Gift Vouchers): 1st Prize £100, 2nd Prize £75 and 3rd Prize £50.

Poster Presentation - 3 Amazon Gift Vouchers for £50.

Prize winners will be published in the Ulster Medical Journal.
