The BPS Division of Forensic Psychology in Northern Ireland host regular meetings for local forensic practitioners and researchers. These meet-ups provide a forum for colleagues working with people who have committed offences and related services. 
This meetup’s speakers will be looking at:
  • When words don’t work - neurobiologically-informed approaches to trauma treatment, Clare Byrne, Belfast Turst Forensic Learning Disability Service
  • Scotland’s strategy for transforming psychological trauma, Gillian Goldthorp, Probation Board for Northern Ireland (tbc)
