Day 1 will focus on models of formulation as applied to individual practice. While there will be some emphasis on psychodynamic models, the aim will be to develop an integrative model or framework which could be applicable across settings.

Day 2 will focus on current issues and controversies in relation to formulation. There will be a particular emphasis on team formulation in terms of research, models and challenges. As well as referencing the current national DCP guidelines in relation to good practice, this session will also be influenced by group analytic and organizational theory.
