The School of Psychology welcomes Dr Siobhan Palmer
Dr Siobhan Palmer - Teaching Fellow, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology

Siobhan completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey in 2005 and PgDip Clinical Neuropsychology in Glasgow in 2009. She is a member of the BPS Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists and the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors and is in the process of training as an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner.
Siobhan specialises in assessment and rehabilitation of adults with acquired brain injury. Interests include memory, trauma, working with families, epilepsy and mental capacity. Siobhan has published papers and book chapters relating to family adjustment and relationships after brain injury.
Siobhan previously worked at the Oliver Zangwill Centre in Ely, St Georges Hospital in London, and with the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust in Sussex. Most recently she was based in a neurorehabilitation service in New Zealand. New to living in Northern Ireland, Siobhan is delighted to join the team at Queens.
