An overarching theme guiding Wojdan's research is the need to avoid perpetuating mainstream views in extant research that further subjugate already-marginalised communities. This has compelled the utilisation of epistemic injustice and intersectionality in her research on entrepreneurship and organisations. Her teaching portfolio encompasses organisational behaviour, HRM and organisation theory.
