The Lifeboat Press, in partnership with the Seamus Heaney Centre at Queen's, presents a film in two parts to coincide with the publication of two pamphlets of new work by Leontia Flynn and Kevin Breathnach.

Recorded during lockdown in the grounds of Belfast City Hall, Leontia read from Slim New Book, a collection of Catullus translations, for a small audience (in line with government regulations at the time). The film is a documentation of this reading.
Kevin Breathnach's Morphing is a pamphlet inspired by Lindsay Seers and Agustín Fernández Mallo, which works with language on the very edge of consciousness. Kevin worked with filmmaker Dennis Harvey to produce the film.
Both pamphlets will be available from the Lifeboat Press website following the launch.
