The Wireless Mystery Theatre will recreate Louis MacNeice's The Stones Cry Out, a radio broadcast dramatising the spirit of Belfast during the Blitz. There is no surviving recording of the original program and this is the first time it has been heard in the 80 years since its broadcast.

The performacne will be accompanied by other works from the BBC archives, and will be hosted by the Seamus Henaey Centre's Glenn Patterson.

Wireless Mystery Theatre is a theatre company specialising in live recreation of radio drama. They have appeared on radio internationally and toured extensively across the UK and Ireland.
