Colleagues in our Centre for Behaviour Analysis (CBA) are welcoming Erasmus+ European partners from Germany, France, Poland and the Netherlands this week, for a two-day workshop looking at drafting guidelines for proposed European standards for Job Coaches.  The role of a Job Coach is to work with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism and mental health issues, focusing on training/education and workplace support.  The Job Coach workshop will also inform the project’s European partners about employment support and training in Northern Ireland.  The local expertise and input will be led by Karola Dillenburger from CBA and Norman Sterritt from Triangle/Alternative Angles, a social enterprise with several bases across Northern Ireland.
