A 2-day workshop on Saturdays 7 and 14 October, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm

 With its roots in Eastern and Western traditions, Psychosynthesis is a psychospiritual psychology which offers a comprehensive approach to psychological health. This workshop will cover the history and development of Psychosynthesis. the unconscious and conscious realms of the personality, the self as the integrating centre and the Will as the closest experience of the Self. Learn how to identify the vehicles for the personality including the physical body, emotions, and thoughts and develop skills to harmonise and integrate them.  You will begin to develop the skills to understand relationship difficulties, improve the quality of your life choices and open to your deepest sense of self.
