Elsevier special edition cover
‌The Belfast Summit on Global Food Integrity is very proud to announce a partnership with scientific publishing giant, Elsevier.

 

The Elsevier journal Food Research International will run a special edition after the Belfast Food Summit, featuring peer-reviewed submissions from delegates to the same.

 

This is a major distinction as Food Research International is not only considered one of the foremost food-science journals in the world, but was last year inducted into Medline. The journal, which has been renamed from its predecessor, the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology Journal, has an impact factor of 3.086 and recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.

 

Submissions open on 1 June 2018 and close on 30 September 2018. The peer-review process will cover the period from June-November 2018.

 

Original manuscripts and review papers are welcome. Submission guidelines must be followed and will be advertised on Summit website in due course.
