As part of the 'Making the World A Kinder Place ' day of Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, it is important to remember to look after ourselves as well as eachother.

During this session, Olivia from Mind your Mood, the student-led, positive mental health campaign at Queen’s, will be taking us through important steps we can take towards self-care and giving us some tips on better understanding our own mental health.
