As part of the 'Stress Management' day of Mental Health Awareness Week, this is the first of two opportunities this week to take part in our introduction to guided mindfulness sessions.

Mindfulness has been shown to help manage your stress, decrease anxiety and promote positive mental wellbeing.

Join Inspire Wellbeing's Lead Mindfulness Practitioner, Frank Liddy, in this 30-minute focused session.
