The registration system is fully open now. Please follow the instruction to finish your registration. Each submission should have at least one corresponding registration. If you have any special requirement on diet, assistant, etc. please leave your message in the blank of the last step in check out.
The registration fee per delegate is as follows.
Early bird registration (before 30 April 2020 before 30 June 2020): £400
Regular registration after 30 April 2020 before 30 June 2020: £450
Student registration: £200
The fees include a conference gala dinner and meals/refreshments scheduled in the final conference programme but excludes accommodation.
- Before 24th May, Before 31st July, £200 administration fee will be charged.
- After 24th May, After31st July,no refund can be made.
For delegates who require invitation letters to apply for UK visa to be able to attend the proceedings, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only registered delegates can be issued with the invitation letter at request. In your e-mail, please attach your registration and payment proofs, and provide the following details.
Full name in your passport (including given name, other names, surname),
Date of Birth,
Affiliation and full address,
Paper number and title.
Notice: The invitation letters will be issued at most 3 months before the conference date.
