Financial assistance for staff on part-time courses

Each year the University offers financial assistance for staff to undertake part-time courses of study leading to a qualification. Support is obtained via the Staff Training and Development Unit (criteria apply).

If you are considering applying for a course in the academic year 2014–15 that is required for your current post or as part of career development within the University, you may be eligible for financial assistance. Please read the guidelines and apply before the 31 July 2014 deadline.

Applications received after this date may be supported depending on available budget. Applications must be discussed and authorised by the relevant Head of Area.

Applicants who received support in 2013–14 and are continuing their course must apply for support for each year of study.
