You will find us at the Student Information Point on the first floor at One Elmwood with beautiful new facilities to make you feel at home, support your development and bring your student experience to life. Our dedicated team is there to give you the support you need, ensuring you have an exceptional student experience.

We have a dedicated Student Information Point where you’ll find a welcoming team who will assist you with queries about student life, embedding into Queen’s, administrative guidance or just a quick chat. or through online channels.

One Elmwood is home to many of your University Services including Careers, Employability and Skills, Student Wellbeing, Disability Services, Learning Development, Widening Participation, International Student Support, Student Finance and Student Registry amongst others. The Student Experience Team will guide you to find relevant support, whether that’s booking an appointment with a consultant, getting a new student card, meeting new people or trying new things. We know how to help!

The Student Information Point opens from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but don’t worry - if you can’t make it, we have multimedia screens for you to book appointments and search our services any time of the day.
