Completing A SWAR Application Form

At the moment the form must be fully completed before submitting, there is no facility to save work to complete at a later time. The following fields must be completed before the form can be successfully submitted:-

  • Contact Email Address

Once submitted Northern Ireland Network staff will review your application and use the contact email address provided to email a response to your application. If successful a PDF of the SWAR will be added to the SWAR repository.
