Deleting eForm Submissions from the CMS

Under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, any eForms within the CMS that have been used to collect and process data should now be deleted from the system, if no longer required.

What You Need To Do

  1. Identify any eForm content within your Site Structure and delete it from the system, if no longer required.
  2. If you require your eForm submissions to be backed up in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and sent to you, please contact us through our SiteHelpDesk.
  3. If you have an eForm that is still actively collecting submissions, please let us know.
  4. If you have no eForm content, you do not need to do anything.

What We Will Do

By Friday 29 June 2018, we will permanently delete all processed eForm content from the system.
