Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration is now open.

All fees include:

 - Registration and registration pack

-  Entrance into all plenary sessions and parallel sessions

-  Welcome wine reception (Tuesday evening)

-  Conference dinner (Wednesday evening)

-  Tea, coffee and lunch as scheduled

In addition, residential fees include bed and breakfast accommodation in the Wellington Park Hotel on 5 and 6 April.  Visit our accommodation page for more details on the hotel. 

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. If written cancellation is received on or before 5 February, 80% of registration fees will be refunded.  Requests received after 5 February 2016, will be considered on a case by case basis by the Conference Organising Committee.   Unfortunately, under no circumstances can we issue refunds for no-shows.  All requests should be emailed to
