After you complete assessments, the next steps often involve waiting for your results. This in itself can bring on a range of emotions: have I done well enough? Did I work hard enough? What happens if I don't get the results I wanted?
We've all been there - these worries are normal, but they shouldn't consume you.
For the majority of students, having confidence in yourself and your abilities will often get you through. You know more than you think you do, and if you adopt positive thinking, this can help produce the results you want.
But what happens if you don't get the results you would like, after all?

That's where we come in - we are here to empower you to be well.
Check out our guide on how to face the challenges presented by life's disappointments - including results you weren't expecting.
