This event will provide you with information on wellbeing and study support that is available to you and will include talks from the Student Wellbeing team, representatives from your Students’ Union, and our Postgraduate Community Assistants who are currently completing their postgraduate studies.
Learn how to implement mindfulness techniques into your everyday life, pay attention to the present moment and the world around you to improve mental wellbeing.
You’ll get hints and tips on how to look after your wellbeing, advice on what support services the University currently offers, and information about the Graduate School’s community and wellbeing programme for postgraduates.
