Delivering effective feedback can be daunting and often put off or avoided. Self-awareness is an elusive commodity. Without feedback, two options prevail: self-doubt or assumption of effectiveness. Effective feedback supports others by affirming and building confidence in some cases and paths for improvement in others.

This workshop highlights the risks and benefits of feedback and supports delegates to minimize the risks while maximizing the benefits. It builds their confidence to prepare, deliver and evaluate their feedback and develop best practice. |
