Overview:
This session aims to support staff to engage in pro-active career planning.  Participants will gain resources to assess ‘where are you now?’, consider how their career might develop, and begin the steps towards structuring a plan to support their career development.

Learning Outcomes:
• Understanding why we should engage in proactive, self-driven career planning and development
• How to begin planning your career journey
• Assess where you are now through the use of self-reflection and supporting tools and techniques
• Consider how your career might progress
• Develop a plan with clarity and understanding of how to reach your aspirations. 
• Action planning, receive tips and additional sources of information.
