Change is not only inevitable, it is now expected and essential to enable organisations to rise to challenges and realise potential for both the organisation and its staff. The impact of change affects individuals differently and how each of us respond to one change will differ. To equip you to better understand how and why you respond to change as you do, this workshop will explain the need for change, the stages of change we as individuals experience and explore how you develop your own resilience to change.
Overview
You will develop an understanding of the need for change and why individuals respond as they do it. You will deepen your awareness of your individual response to different types of change and explore the concept of resilience in strengthening positive responses to change.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the rationale and business drivers for change
- Introduction to the stages of change exploring how delegates have experienced those stages in the past.
- Create a deeper understanding of how and why we respond to change as we do.
- Consider how our resilience impacts our responses to change
- Build and develop resilience strategies.
- Action planning for application in the workplace.
