Overview:

This session explores how the nature of our team working has changed due to physical distance and explores how to use this remote working environment to remain connected, be collaborative and innovative as a team to maintain effective productivity and develop the team in line with institutional priorities.

Learning Outcomes:

• Explore what makes a team and how that translates into our remote ways of working
• Assess the strengths and challenges facing your team in the remote environment and ways to overcome these
• The importance of communication, engagement and a feeling of being connected
• Exploring and embracing how to be collaborative and innovative when working remotely
• Action planning for application in the workplace
