The Senior Clerical Skills Programme is for those staff who have at least 10 years experience working in Queen's or are in senior grades 4, 5 and 6.  Staff who have previously completed the Junior Secretarial Skills Programme will also be considered for the Senior Secretarial Skills programme however, in the event that we are oversubscribed, priority will be given to those at grades 4 and above.
