When your role changes from being an individual contributor to a manager, that transition can be very challenging.  This workshop gives you the opportunity to work with your peer group to explore the mind-set change, and the skills required to make the transition effective.

Aims/Aimed at

 

The aim of this course is to develop staff in the core Queen’s behaviour of managing and leading others . This course is aimed at those staff (Academic related grade 7 and above, Academic grade AC2 and above) who have moved into a role where they need to manage others.
