Maximising Your Research Profile

Event Description

This session is for all postgraduate students who are interested in getting their research noticed online. It will introduce students to the concept and potential benefits of open access research, provide advice on establishing a strong online profile and how to build networks and develop collaborative opportunities. Content: • Making your research accessible via Open Access Publishing • Getting you and your research noticed online using Queen’s Research Portal, Twitter and Blogs • Measuring your research impact using Bibliometrics & Altmetrics
