Overview:
This course is for those engaged in full time research (including postdoctoral researchers and early career academics) who are: 

• Making upcoming career change
• Concerned about interview performance
• Needing a strategy for interviews

Aims/Aimed at

The course aims to:

 Identify the purpose of interview for both hiring manager and candidate.

• Predict types and content of questions.
• Develop answers to the most common interview questions, and compelling "STAR" stories.
• Rehearse answers in the session and develop rehearsal strategies for afterwards.
