To access the IT Helpdesk, you will need to use your ADS credentials (Staff Number and Password). You can direct your query regarding PRS as follows:
- Select New Call
- Service Category - Select 'Service Request'
- In the summary field type 'Vevox: Then add title of support query'
- Add a description and click on 'Log Call'
