Workflow as follows:

• Upload video to mediasite
• Prepare thumbnail image to correct / desired size 
• visit http://go.qub.ac.uk/splashscreen & log in with QOL credentials
• It will only show presentations you either own or have edit rights over
• Upload thumbnal and copy embed code
• Paste embed code to desired site (you may need to change dimensions)
