Registering MDR

Once MDR is installed, it needs to be registered. Typically, this is done as step 3 of the installation process. However, if MDR is not working properly it may because it is not registered.

To check if MDR is registered you’ll need to open the Mediasite Desktop Recorder:

  1. Click the Dropdown next to the Mediasite Logo
  2. Your Name and a URL will be listed if you have registered
  3. Go to My Mediasite and select Add Media
  4. In the lower box ‘Already downloaded the Mediasite Desktop Recorder, but not registered? Click Here.
